I am grateful to God that He brought me to Dr. Waqas Ilyas; he saved my eyesight—wet macular degeneration in both eyes. Dr. Ilyas is thorough, very patient, kind and caring, and he is outstanding in his field. I trust him implicitly. All of the staff are friendly, and more importantly, skillful. The office is clean and neat, as are the examination rooms. I live in Woodstock, Virginia, so I travel to Winchester for my appointments–about 45 minutes away. The only drawback is the possibility of a long wait in the waiting room; sometimes an hour or more. However, that may be due to unexpected in-office eye surgery, or to an unscheduled patient needing immediate attention.
Very efficient and courteous staff. Office visit was much better than 6 months ago. I recommend Dr. IIyas and his staff to anyone who requires the services that he provides.
