They only use the sharpest of needles(LOL). Everyone of the staff, as well as, the doctors seem to genuinely care about my well-being.
Amazing doctor , amazing staff. I have nothing but praises for the entire office ! I am almost in awe that such a doctor exists in this town. I must say I had plenty of bad experiences around here , but this place is a true gem!

I am grateful to God that He brought me to Dr. Waqas Ilyas; he saved my eyesight—wet macular degeneration in both eyes. Dr. Ilyas is thorough, very patient, kind and caring, and he is outstanding in his field. I trust him implicitly. All of the staff are friendly, and more importantly, skillful. The office is clean and neat, as are the examination rooms. I live in Woodstock, Virginia, so I travel to Winchester for my appointments–about 45 minutes away. The only drawback is the possibility of a long wait in the waiting room; sometimes an hour or more. However, that may be due to unexpected in-office eye surgery, or to an unscheduled patient needing immediate attention.

Dr. IIyas and his team are wonderful. Dr. Ilyas listens and carefully answers all of your questions. The experience is everything you would hope for when seeing any doctor. I can highly recommend Dr. Ilyas at Retina & Vitreous Consultants of Virginia, P.C. based on my personal experience.
